This month's release brings a highly requested feature, one that gives your team the flexibility to capture the data that matters most to your business, your way.
Here's what's new:
✏️ User Defined Fields (UDF) (All MIS)
You can now create custom fields directly within PlanProphet, no workarounds, no extra tools. UDFs can be added to Prospects, Accounts, Contacts, Deals, and Jobs, allowing your team to track the information that's specific to how you run your business.
A few highlights:
Fields appear as a dedicated section within each object's layout.
Each field uses the data type you configured (text, date, number, etc.).
The friendly label you set is what users see, the technical name appears as Help Text.
Fields are object-specific, so they only show up where they're relevant.
To create a User Defined Field, navigate to Settings → User Defined Fields, select the object, fill in the label and data type, and save.
