📧  Sales Rep / CSR Recipients: BCC Changed to CC

What’s New

When you manually send a Quote, Proof, Statement, or Invoice and select a Sales Rep or CSR as an internal recipient, that person will now be added as CC instead of BCC. CC’d contacts are also included in follow-up emails for Quotes and Proofs.

Why This Matters

With BCC, internal staff were copied silently, they couldn’t see who else received the email and didn’t receive client replies, which often broke the communication loop. Moving these recipients to CC keeps your team visible on the thread and ensures client replies reach everyone involved.

What You’ll Notice

  • Sales Reps and CSRs will appear in the CC line of manually sent Quotes, Proofs, Statements, and Invoices

  • They’ll also be included in the follow-up emails for Quotes and Proofs

  • Any reply from your client will automatically go to them as well
